This page shows exactly how Brio Clinical asks patients for permission to send them text messages, and the words they are shown when we ask. It exists so anyone — a patient, a mobile carrier, or a regulator — can see the consent step without signing in.
Every patient is asked in one of two places, and the wording is identical in both:
This is the checkbox as a patient sees it. It is never pre-ticked, and consent is never a condition of receiving laboratory services.
We never send marketing or promotional messages. Message frequency varies with your own appointments and results. Message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP to any message. You will receive one confirmation and nothing further:
